Shipping Material
To lower the impact on our environment as much as possible are our products wrapped only with environmentally friendly and recyclable paper and shipped in packages that are made out of 100% recycled cardboard and have the RESY-tag which makes them also 100% recyclable. The orders are shipped with PostNord who claim to work (themselves and also their partner services) more and more towards a sustainable way of shipping by switching the transport of their packages from airplanes to trains, electric cars, and biofuels as well as, educating their employees in sustainable delivery. All shipping options include a tracking number to track the package and get the order safely to your home.
Packages are shipped within a couple of working days.

Returns
If you want to report damaged or flaws to your purchased product, please contact us via info@daughterofthewoods.com. If we agree on returning the order the customer is responsible for the cost and safe return of any purchase items.
It is appropriate that the customer controls the delivery immediately upon arrival to verify that it’s accurate and error-free. If there is any complaint regarding the delivery the customer is responsible for immediately contacting Daughter of the Woods at info@daughterofthewoods.com. The email should include relevant information about the complaint, photos as well as and the reason for the complaint.
We will make a refund of eligible returns no longer than 14 days after receiving the return.
International Returns
If a returned item is shipped international, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any Customs charges. Daughter of the Woods is NOT responsible for any return customs charges made. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
Unclaimed Packages
Unclaimed packages will be returned to us. For all unclaimed packages the customers will be debited all fees in connection with the return delivery.
DIGITAL DOWNLOAD
If you purchase a digital download from our Webshop, you will receive the file after your purchase. Digital downloads are non-returnable.
