Please review our terms and conditions regularly. The use of the Daughter of the Woods website constitutes your agreement to follow these rules and to be bound by them. You can review the current version of our Terms and Conditions at any time on this webpage. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions by posting updates and/or changes to the website.
The Daughter of the Woods webshop is hosted on Squarespace Ireland Ltd. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform which allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Orders
These terms and conditions apply when you place an order at http://daughterofthewoods.com/shop. With this agreement you also confirm that you have read and approved our Privacy & Cookie Policy. After you have submitted your order, a purchase contract will be concluded between you and Daughter of the Woods. A confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address given when placing the order. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information fo all purchases made in our webshop. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your e-mail address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you if needed.
Should there be errors in price, delivery time or other conditions, we retain the right to change them later.
Daughter of the Woods does not conclude contracts with minors (under 18 years of age) and reserves the right, without prior notice, to refuse service to any customer.
Prices & Payment
Prices on website are stated in Swedish Krona and apply to orders placed on the Daughter of the Woods webshop. We retain the right to make typing and spelling mistakes and should the price of a submitted order change in any way, you will always be notified and fully entitled to change or cancel your order.
Please notice that Swedish VAT (25%) is included in all prices at the Daughter of the Woods web shop as this business is located in Sweden and hence obey by Swedish rules and laws. In the shopping cart you can see the total cost including product, shipping, fees and method of payment, but excluding custom fees and taxes applicable in your country when buying from the Daughter of the Woods webshop. Daughter of the Woods does not take responsibility for any added fees or taxes as custom fees and duties are customer's responsibility. Before placing an order, check what applies for your country. Daughter of the Woods reserves the right to correct any inaccuracies on the website and/or concerning already sold items.
You have the option to pay for your purchase via Stripe (pay with your credit card VISA, Mastercard, American Express) and all purchases are encrypted and process according to the highest security standard.
Daughter of the Woods AB is entitled to charge the customer already when the order has been confirmed.
Returns
If you wanna return an item of the Daughter of the Woods shop because of one of the reasons mentioned under > “Shipping & Returns” please get in contact via info@daughterofthewoods.com for further instructions.
